  2. Every winner is announced on our Instagram Story, and added to the “Giveaway Winners” Highlight for permanent viewing.

  3. If selected, you’ll receive an email containing:

    • Confirmation of your win

    • Instructions to redeem your retreat

    • Important next steps

  4. If you win, you just need to:

    • Contact Rudra Sahashrara Bali

    • Check Panchakarma retreat availability

    • Reserve your dates in advance

  5. The winner must redeem his/her retreat before 31st March, 2026.

  6. You must follow us on Instagram or Facebook (Non-followers will not be considered valid entries.)
