Clinical Programs
Six clinical programs.
One clinical framework.
Rudra Sahashrara Bali offers six clinical programs — each addressing a specific physiological pattern observed in the high-functioning individuals we serve.
Program duration is determined through consultation with your Ayurvedic physician, based on the depth of intervention your situation requires. No two protocols at RSB are identical.
Most clients arrive presenting more than one of these patterns. Your physician will identify which is primary and design the protocol accordingly.
Program 01
Nervous System Recovery & Burnout Restoration
Clinical Ayurvedic intervention for sustained nervous system dysregulation.
Clinical Indication
Chronic nervous system dysregulation from sustained high performance. Presents as sleep that no longer restores, mental activation that will not switch off, emotional reactivity, and depletion that rest alone does not resolve.
Therapeutic Focus
Panchakarma protocols sequenced to restore parasympathetic function, rebuild depleted tissue reserves, and re-establish the body's capacity for genuine recovery.
Available durations: 10 / 14 / 21 nights
Program 02
Hormonal Transition Support
Clinical Ayurvedic support for perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
Clinical Indication
Physiological transition — often accompanied by sleep disruption, temperature dysregulation, cognitive changes, mood volatility, digestive shifts, and a body that no longer responds to what once worked.
Therapeutic Focus
Protocols addressing the underlying Vata-Pitta imbalances that intensify during transition. Timing of treatment is often aligned with your cycle where applicable.
Available durations: 10 / 14 / 21 nights
Program 03
Digestive & Gut Health Restoration
Clinical intervention for compromised digestive function.
Clinical Indication
Compromised Agni — the digestive fire Ayurveda considers the foundation of systemic health. Presents as bloating, irregular elimination, food sensitivities, chronic acidity, and accumulation of undigested residue.
Therapeutic Focus
The classical Panchakarma sequence — clearing accumulated toxicity, rebuilding gut function, and re-establishing metabolic capacity.
Available durations: 10 / 14 / 21 nights
Program 04
Inflammatory & Joint Health Recovery
Clinical Ayurvedic intervention for accumulated systemic inflammation.
Clinical Indication
Chronic inflammation presenting as joint stiffness, low-grade pain, reduced mobility, autoimmune expression, low bone density. Often coexists with metabolic disruption — thyroid imbalance, blood sugar volatility, unexplained weight patterns.
Therapeutic Focus
Protocols that clear accumulated residue, restore circulation, rebuild tissue integrity, and support the systems responsible for regulation.
Available durations: 10 / 14 / 21 nights
Program 05
Rasayana: Rejuvenation & Anti-Aging
Clinical Ayurvedic rejuvenation — including regenerative support for hair, skin, and physical vitality.
Clinical Indication
The visible and physiological expressions of accumulated depletion — reduced vitality, skin changes, hair thinning, tissue weakness. Not cosmetic concerns. Signals of underlying constitutional depletion.
Therapeutic Focus
Classical Rasayana — rebuilding tissue reserves, restoring circulation and radiance. Siroabhyangam, dosha-specific oils, and constitutional support integrated as part of the broader protocol.
Available durations: 10 / 14 / 21 nights
Program 06
Panchakarma Cleanse & Systemic Reset
The complete classical detoxification protocol.
Clinical Indication
The accumulated physiological load of years of high performance — often presenting as weight patterns unresponsive to lifestyle changes, chronic sluggishness, cognitive fog, and a body that needs a complete reset.
Therapeutic Focus
The full classical Panchakarma sequence — Purvakarma, Pradhankarma, Paschatkarma. Systemic recalibration. Weight normalization emerges as an outcome, not a goal.
Available durations: 10 / 14 / 21 nights
One protocol at a time.
Rudra Sahashrara Bali does not layer multiple programs.
It sequences one — correctly, around your physiology.
Most of our clients present with more than one of these patterns. Your physician will identify which is primary — and design a single, integrated protocol that addresses the interconnection.
