Why Choose a Doctor‑Led Ayurveda Retreat in Bali for Gut Health?

In Ayurveda, digestion — known as Agni — is the foundation of systemic health.

It does more than break down food.

It governs how nutrients are absorbed, how tissues are repaired, how the immune system responds, and even how clearly you think.

When digestion is strong, the body functions with efficiency and resilience.

When digestion weakens, patterns begin to shift.

  • Metabolic waste accumulates.

  • Inflammatory activity increases.

  • The gut lining becomes more reactive.

  • Immune responses intensify.

Over time, this dysregulation can manifest as chronic bloating, food sensitivity, irregular bowel patterns, fatigue, or systemic inflammation.

Doctor‑Supervised Panchakarma for Digestive Disorders

Gut detox should not be aggressive.

Improper cleansing can worsen IBS, bloating, or gut sensitivity.

Your program is supervised by an experienced Ayurvedic Doctor, trained in classical Kerala Panchakarma protocols.

Medical oversight ensures:

  • Appropriate detox intensity

  • Stabilization before elimination

  • Safe herb selection

  • Protection against depletion

  • Structured reintegration

Precision matters when working with the gut.

Dr. Arun MV

BAMS | PG Diploma in Yoga |
Certificate in Ayurveda Psychiatry

14 Years of Clinical Experience in Ayurveda & Panchakarma

Dr. Arun holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.

He further refined his clinical expertise under the mentorship of Dr. P.M.S. Raveendranath, deepening his mastery of traditional Panchakarma protocols and diagnostic methods.

His additional certification in Ayurveda Psychiatry from Government Ayurveda College, Kottakkal — one of India’s most respected institutions — informs a key dimension of his work:

Physical detox without mental stabilization is incomplete.

True healing must address both.

Chronic Gut Issues Rarely Resolve on Their Own

If bloating, irregularity, or digestive fatigue have persisted for years, structured intervention may be necessary.

A properly supervised Panchakarma Retreat can support digestive recalibration and systemic regulation.

Investment Range $2,500 to 8,500 depending on duration and clinical complexity
