Dr. Arun holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.

His additional certification in Ayurveda Psychiatry from Government Ayurveda College, Kottakkal — one of India’s most respected institutions — informs a key dimension of his work:
Physical detox without mental stabilization is incomplete.
True healing must address both.
